Terms & Conditions
Rates are based on single/double occupancy (max 2 persons). Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Peak season rates apply during public holidays, Christmas, Easter, Leeuwin Concerts and other predetermined dates. Check in 14.00 hrs. Check out 10.00 hrs.
Minimum 3 night stay 20th to 30th April 2011, as well as all public holidays.
$30.00 surcharge for split beds
$55.00/night surcharge for extra single bed (subject to availability)
Cancellation Policy
7 days notice of cancellation is required to ensure refund less administration fee. Non-refundable administration fee of $50.00 is applicable to all cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full price for any days we cannot rebook in the time frame provided.
